Housing Rehabilitation and Citizen Retention Grant Program
Overview of Program
The "Housing Rehabilitation and Citizen Retention Grant" program was authorized by the State Legislature through Senate Bill 2371 which appropriated $10,000,000 to the Adjutant General's Office to help communities with flood recovery. The N.D. Department of Emergency Services is administering the grant program which includes a state review team which coordinates project proposal reviews with eligible applicants.
