Much of the Provider information contained in the Department of Human Services Medical Services web area is copyrighted by the American Medical Association and the American Dental Association. This includes items such as CPT codes and CDT-3 codes. You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in the following authorized materials: Medicare Local Medical Review Policies (LMRP), internally within your organization within the United States for the sole use by yourself, employees and agents.
