The value of benefits is a significant part of your total compensation. The following benefits are available to employees who:

  • are at least 18 years old,
  • occupy a regularly funded position, and
  • work a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 20 weeks each year.

The rate used above is for agencies participating in the Wellness Program. The annual rate for not participating in the Wellness Program is $13,698.24. Please check with the agency/employer to verify the rate that applies to you.
