2009:
January 09 · February 09 · March 09 · April 09 · May 09 · June 09 · July 09 · August 09 · September 09 · October 09 · November 09 · December 09

2009

January 15

  • 4th quarter installment of 2008 estimated income tax is due (Applies to individuals, estates, and trusts)

April 15

  • Annual individual income tax return (either Form ND-1 or Form ND-2) and tax are due for 2008 calendar year. (Applies to individuals, estates, and trusts.)
  • 1st quarter installment of 2009 estimated income tax is due. (Applies to individuals, estates, and trusts)

Partnership

  • Form 58, North Dakota Partnership Return of Income, is due for 2008 calendar year filers

S-Corporation

  • Form 60, North Dakota Small Business Corporation Income Tax Return, is due for 2008 calendar year filers

June 15

  • 2nd quarter installment of 2009 estimated income tax is due. (Applies to individuals, estates, and trusts)
  • Nonresident alien individual only: If the due date (without extension) of the annual federal income tax return (Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ) for the 2008 calendar year is June 15, the due date of the annual North Dakota income tax return (Form ND-1 or Form ND-2) for the 2008 calendar year is June 15

September 15

  • 3rd quarter installment of 2009 estimated income tax is due. (Applies to individuals, estates, and trusts)

October 15

  • Last day 2008 individual income tax return may be filed electronically through Federal/State Electronic Filing Program. (Note: This date is set by the Internal Revenue Service and is subject to change)
