North Dakota continues to be a travel hotspot, offering even more reasons to extend your stay and experience the warm hospitality of the "701". This 701 Day, celebrate all things North Dakota and discover adventures that will create lasting memories.

"We've seen incredible tourism growth, but data shows visitors stays are not nearly long enough to truly experience ND," says North Dakota Department of Commerce Tourism and Marketing Director Sara Otte Coleman. "This year, we're excited to showcase new attractions and experiences that will entice visitors to delve deeper, extend their stay and explore more of what North Dakota has to offer."

New attractions like interactive science exhibits at Bismarck's Gateway to Science and Minot's Magic City Discovery Center promise to spark imaginations and ignite curiosity for all ages. Nature lovers will find themselves enthralled by the International Peace Garden's ongoing transformation, boasting not only stunning botanical displays but also a new natural play park and the soon-to-open conservatory housing the world's largest collection of succulents and cacti.

But North Dakota isn't all about new experiences. Classic attractions like the iconic landscapes of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, historical sites rich in Native American heritage, and exciting local sporting events ensure there's something for everyone.
