The North Dakota Department of Commerce and North Dakota Housing Finance Agency will host three Consolidated Plan focus groups – Public Services, Homelessness and Affordable Housing – and a Fair Housing Forum on Feb. 24. The focus groups will take place in classroom A at the Heritage Center, 612 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.

In Cass County, where up to 500 census counters may ultimately be hired, about 46% of needed workers have been hired.
In Clay County, about 38% of needed workers have been hired.
